Servo uses customer information to handle tasks within the scope of goods trading transactions between us and you:

  • Sending introductory letters/thank-you letters, introducing new products, new services, or Servo’s promotions.
  • Sending information about product warranty.
  • Sending prize-winning information (from Servo or the manufacturer).
  • Conducting surveys to better serve customers.
  • Confirming information regarding technical and customer information security.
  • Handling customer complaints.

3. Information Storage Period

  • Your personal data will be stored until you request its cancellation.
  • Unless you have requested the cancellation of the personal information we collected, all of your information will be securely stored on Servo’s servers.

  • Security warnings:
    • You should not share your payment details with anyone; we are not responsible for risks that occur during your information sharing.

    • You must ensure the accuracy and legality of all information you provide to us; Servo is not responsible for any liability related to the information you provide being false or contrary to legal regulations.
    • You commit to securing your personal data and are not allowed to disclose it to a third party; we are not responsible for any information disclosure that is not our fault.

7. Customer Rights

  • You have the right to request access to your personal data and the right to request that Servo correct any errors in your data at no charge.
  • You have the right to ask us to stop using your personal data for marketing purposes at any time.

Warranty Policy

Thank you for using products distributed by Servo Dynamic Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Servo). Below are the details of Servo’s warranty policy applicable to all products. Servo always strives to provide the best quality service to our customers.

Servo is committed that all products sold are genuine and come with a warranty (12-month warranty period from the date of delivery or according to the manufacturer’s standard).

1. Warranty Principles

  • The product will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged with an equivalent new one in the correct order.
  • When a product is replaced, the remaining warranty period of the old product is transferred to the new equivalent product, plus an extension for the time spent at the warranty center.
  • Servo’s warranty policy only applies to products distributed by Servo.

2. Warranty Receiving and Return Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Not applicable on holidays and Sundays.

3. Warranty Locations

If you need to warranty a product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be responsible for supporting you with the warranty process at the manufacturer.

4. Warranty Conditions

Products sold by Servo are genuine products and are eligible for an official warranty in Vietnam. Due to the complex nature of electronic and industrial equipment, the warranty policy will vary depending on the manufacturer and product type. Please refer to the specific terms below.

Cases eligible for warranty:

  • Product warranty: Fixing failures and technical issues caused by manufacturer defects.
  • The product is still within the warranty period as specified by each manufacturer and for each device.
  • The product has a warranty card/seal from the manufacturer or distributor.
  • The product has a purchase invoice from Servo.
  • The warranted product will be subject to the warranty regulations of each manufacturer for technical issues.

Note:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to the warranty center.
  • After the warranty period expires, the warranty center will provide repair support at the most preferential price.

Cases not eligible for warranty:

  • The product is past the warranty period stated on the warranty card/seal or the warranty card is lost (if applicable).
  • For products where the purchase origin at Servo cannot be determined, we reserve the right to refuse the warranty.
  • The invoice is lost.
  • The warranty seal is torn, broken, or modified.
  • The warranty card (if applicable) does not clearly state the serial number and purchase date.
  • The serial number on the product and the warranty card do not match or cannot be identified for any reason.
  • The serial number on the product cannot be determined.
  • The product is damaged due to improper use that does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • The product is damaged due to mechanical impact from being dropped, broken, bumped, scratched, dented, exposed to moisture, rust, or water damage.
  • The product shows signs of damage from pests or insects, or from fire or natural disasters.
  • The product has been self-disassembled or repaired by individuals or technicians not authorized by Servo.
  • The customer wants to change the product type or model.

Shipping, Delivery, and Installation Policy

To ensure that products are delivered to customers as safely as possible, Servo Dynamic Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Servo) provides the following shipping policy:

1. Shipping Method and Time

  • For areas where the company has a direct delivery route, we will deliver the goods to the address you registered.
  • For other areas, customers can pick up their goods at a Servo warehouse. If you require shipping via a third-party carrier, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • Delivery time is typically within the same day or 3-7 days, depending on the service package and product you are using. In some special cases, the delivery time will be communicated to you when we confirm your order.

2. Installation Policy

  • For orders related to repair services, depending on the nature of the repair, we may perform on-site repairs or have the goods sent back to our warehouse.
  • Servo provides on-site product installation and construction services upon customer request.
  • We may offer free installation or charge a fee, depending on the product.
  • For products that require the use of Servo’s proprietary technology or operating software, we will provide it to ensure safety and quality.
  • Please note: If a customer chooses to install the product or software themselves, they are responsible for the technical aspects and all risks related to the product and personnel.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Returning or exchanging goods is one of our policies to ensure customer rights. This process is carried out when a package is returned to the warehouse of Servo Dynamic Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Servo). We will then take the necessary steps to inspect the product and proceed with the exchange, return, or refund/deposit as requested by you.

To protect your rights, Servo accepts requests for product exchanges, returns, or refunds/deposits according to the following terms and services:

  • The product is stained during the manufacturing process, affecting the aesthetics of the new product, which can be detected with the naked eye.
  • The product is dented or chipped during transportation.

Conditions for Exchange, Return, or Refund/Deposit

  • The product was purchased within 3 days from the date you received it.
  • The product is unused, with all labels, warranty seals, outer boxes, packaging, accompanying accessories, and promotional gifts (if any) intact.
  • In cases where the product is dented or chipped during transportation, you must record a video and take photos, and jointly inspect the package with the carrier to determine who is responsible. This video and these photos will be used to decide whether an exchange or return is supported.
  • If the product is covered by our warranty policy, Servo will provide guidance on how to exchange or return it according to the specific product’s warranty policy (if applicable).

Please inspect the product carefully before use. The product will not be eligible for exchange or return if it falls outside the above conditions.

Process for Exchange, Return, or Refund/Deposit

  • Step 1: The customer contacts Servo to request a return or exchange. To facilitate the process, please provide evidence (product photos and confirmation of the receipt date).
  • Step 2: Servo will check and review the information and respond to you.
  • Step 3: We will proceed with the refund or return procedure.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

This payment method is applicable only in areas where we offer free delivery. You can also pay in cash directly at our offices:

Prepayment methods include bank transfers, wire transfers, or direct cash payments at our office. Bank transfers are mandatory for customers outside our free delivery areas or for those who prefer this payment method.

WE WILL REFUSE PAYMENT IF THE INFORMATION IS NOT FROM THE ACCOUNTS LISTED ABOVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS YOU MAKE TO INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS OR ACCOUNTS OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED.

You can visit the nearest branch to make a payment, and our staff will assist you. When paying, please ensure you receive a company receipt with the seal and signature of the Chief Accountant or Director.

Note:

  • To receive a VAT invoice, the order must be paid by bank transfer to the company’s account.
  • Please call a salesperson for further instructions before making a transfer if needed. Only transfer money to the account number listed above to ensure your transaction is as secure as possible.

As soon as we verify and receive a “confirmation” from the bank via the account holder’s phone, we will proceed with preparing and delivering your goods as soon as possible.
