Responsibilities:
- Develop a list of prospective customers with the Supervisor by establishing account plans for key clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and, through familiarity with automation products and their functions, create plans to select the appropriate equipment.
- Coordinate with Technical Specialists to develop proposals for complex modifications of automation products for customers.
- Regularly visit existing customers, informing them about new products and applications.
- Generate proposals based on customer technical requirements.
- Consult with Product Managers on pricing, product specifications, warranties, and product adaptations.
- Analyze competitive trends and strategies, along with the impact of new competitor products, and report conclusions to the Supervisor.
- Prepare and implement sales strategies for product division products, in conjunction with the Supervisor.
- Assist Channel Partners (System Integrators, Panel Builders, OEMs, etc.) in acquiring leads on new customers and ensuring that leads are followed up.
- Analyze current business levels against the annual sales plan and provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts with the Supervisor.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to determine appropriate inventory types and levels across regional locations.
- Ensure a thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures, applying them in compliance with government regulations.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technical, Communications, Business Development, or related fields
- 0-5 years of sales experience in the Factory Automation industry / UR / Stratus, with strong knowledge of Edge Computing, cloud computing, and data center technologies / Baumer
- Proficiency in English
- Strong computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet)
- Well-organized with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive, positive, and motivated with high communication skills and a can-do attitude
