This PLC series is made Rockwell signature, the automation systems operating from 1986 up to now are still using this product and no major problems have occurred.
Software used for PLC-5 is RsLogix 5
2. SLC 500
This is Rockwell’s mid-range PLC, now old and Rockwell is recommending the factory to slowly replace it to Compactlogix.
