LR5-LAN Series – Φ50 LED Signal Tower with Ethernet / EtherNet/IP Control

The LR5-LAN Series is engineered for smart factories and industrial IoT environments. With direct LAN control via HTTP(S), Modbus/TCP, or EtherNet/IP, it centralizes both light and sound signaling. Its built-in web server and IP65-rated protection help simplify system design and reduce maintenance demands on the factory floor.

Specification

The LR5-LAN Series supports direct light and buzzer control from industrial PCs, PLCs, SCADA systems, and production management systems. By using LAN communication instead of digital output interface boards, the system can reduce wiring, simplify I/O requirements, and make status notification easier to integrate into smart factory applications.

Industrial PC-based systems often required digital output interface boards, increasing the number of components and complicating inventory and delivery management.

After

The LR5-LAN Series supports HTTP(S), Modbus/TCP, or EtherNet/IP communication. The signal tower and buzzer can be controlled directly over the network, helping reduce hardware, wiring, design time, and maintenance effort.

LR5-LAN EtherNet/IP Dedicated Model

The EtherNet/IP dedicated model is designed for factory automation sites that require integrated control and data communication. EDS (Electronic Data Sheets) support allows configuration definitions to be registered in PLC tool software, helping reduce programming time and setup effort.

LR5-LAN Model

The standard LR5-LAN model supports direct LAN control from industrial PCs and PLCs. It includes a command generation feature through the web browser, sample source code for Windows and Linux, and seven preset LED flashing patterns for easier software design.

How to configure LED and buzzer modules

LR5-LAN can display machine status and upper-level system alerts from industrial PCs, PLCs, SCADA, or production management systems. This helps operators recognize abnormal conditions on the production floor without relying only on monitor screens.

Reduced Wiring and Easy Setup

Power is supplied with 24 V DC, and the unit is controlled through an RJ-45 connector with LAN cable. This reduces wiring work compared with wire-lead control.

Easy Setup

With the optional ADP-001C, power can be supplied from an AC outlet even when 24 V DC power is not available.

Stackable Design

The LR5-LAN shares the same stackable structure as other LR Series Signal Towers. The color order and number of tiers can be changed easily without tools.
